Job Title: SAP GRC Process Control Lead
Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 10 Years
Budget: Up to 24 LPA

Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior-level SAP GRC Process Control Lead with deep expertise in SAP GRC Security and Process Control. This leadership role will be pivotal in driving GRC frameworks compliance controls and process automation within a global SAP landscape.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design implementation and management of SAP GRC Process Control solutions.

Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to map business risks controls and reporting requirements.

Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control modules.

Ensure security design aligns with audit requirements and SoD principles.

Act as SME for internal and external audits; support remediation activities.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to automate and streamline risk mitigation processes.

Mentor and lead project teams or junior consultants.
Required Skills & Experience:

10 years of SAP experience with a focus on GRC Process Control and Security.

Expertise in SAP GRC Process Control 10.x/12.x Access Control and Risk Management.

Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Experience working in compliance-heavy environments (SOX GDPR etc.).

Prior team management or project leadership experience is a plus.
