Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB ).
- Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive web applications.
- Implement RESTful APIs for frontend and backend communication.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Monitor and fix bugs quickly to ensure an optimum user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle including planning development testing and deployment.
- Develop and maintain documentation for software design and functionality.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Work alongside other developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and debugging code for solutions.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning within Agile frameworks.
- Help in architecting scalable and efficient code for future projects.
- Contribute to team success through effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a MERN Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and .
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with version control systems preferably Git.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS Azure) is a plus.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
