Be a Potters ambassador by reserving our guests the perfect holiday experience at both of our Resorts on the telephone and face to face.
Showcase your passion for Potters Resorts by guiding guests with expert advice on rooms and breaks.
Build lasting connections and rapport with our incredible guests and especially when they visit our Booking Desk to secure their next break.
Put your tech administration and computer skills to good use.
Display your dedication to delivering outstanding customer service to our valued guests on Resort.
Set your sights high with your unstoppable drive and enthusiasm to help us meet our goals.
Welcome guests arriving by coach and build rapport with the organisers during the break.
Enjoy admin tasks and excel by being organised with great attention to detail.
Thrive on being part of an expanding and fun-loving team.

Hours of Work
Full-time working 40 hours per week
Covering 5 days out of 7 including weekends.
Shift patterns will vary between 9am 6pm.
This role is Resort based.
