You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an IT 2nd Line Engineer you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. You will work closely with the IT team to resolve issues that have been escalated from the 1st line support addressing complex problems and implementing solutions that enhance system efficiency and performance. You will involved in setting up and closing down of sites. You will also provide onsite support when needed.
Technical Support: Provide advanced support for hardware software and network issues ensuring timely resolution of problems.
