Job Description
Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to support our Anglian Water Network. If youre someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys working with data and values being part of a collaborative team wed love to hear from you.
Role type: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Location: Woolpit
Salary: 25000 - 30000pa
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal teams including Procurement Transport and Training
- Raise purchase orders via online portals
- Perform general administrative tasks including data input and Excel work
- Support pricing and earnings checks
- Handle incoming calls from customers and internal stakeholders
About you:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident telephone manner and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment
