- Conduct market research competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to identify and prioritize new products and new features.
- Develop product roadmap and new products intended for e-commerce customers (B2B) to ensure alignment with company strategy market insights and financial targets.
- Set revenue sales and price targets to meet financial targets for the product line.
- Conduct market competition and profitability analysis to define product pricing strategies and packages.
- Own product backlog writing user stories and prioritization.
- Execute day-to-day operations related to the assigned products including the system sustainability product performance quality.
- Plan and execute successful product launches coordinate with marketing and sales teams to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Monitor product usage gather customer feedback and analyze metrics on daily weekly & monthly basis to identify areas for improvement and drive product.
- Assist account managers in sales calls & meeting to ensure full product awareness of the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree of computer science or business Administration preferred.
- Product management certification is a plus.
- 2-3 years of fintech experience.
- Minimum 1 year in similar product management position in B2B product is preferred.
- Solid experience in Market & Industry insights
- Familiar with product management tools (e.g. Jira )
- Familiar with Agile methodology
- Fluency in English written and spoken
