Job Description
This driver is responsible for completing local deliveries and pick-ups within Regina and the surrounding area in a timely manner. Pre-trips and post-trips of vehicle. A normal work week will be Monday to Friday however some flexibility in availability will occasionally be required.
Qualifications :
- Valid Class 5 license
- Minimum 1 year of pick-up & delivery experience
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance record
- TDG WHMIS and Forklift certification are assets
- Must be able to provide a clean criminal record check drivers abstract and 2 work-related references
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize deliveries
- Strong knowledge of Regina and surrounding areas
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to traffic laws
- Basic computer skills for using delivery tracking systems
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours
- High school diploma or equivalent
