Job Description
Were seeking a Leader to drive the growth of our healthcare agency business in the Northern Territory. Based in Darwin youll lead a team of recruitment and workforce consultants to elevate our business whilst ensuring we continue to offer exceptional service delivery to healthcare facilities across the region.
This is a hands-on leadership role where youll balance people leadership business development and operational excellence to make a genuine impact in a unique and fast-growing market.
Lead inspire and develop a team of recruitment and workforce consultants.
Build and grow strong relationships with healthcare facilities and clients across the NT.
Oversee workforce planning to ensure shift fulfilment and client satisfaction.
Drive business development strategies to expand HCAs footprint in the region.
Monitor performance budgets and operational KPIs ensuring compliance and service excellence.

Youre a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building both teams and client partnerships. You bring experience in recruitment business development or healthcare operations with a knack for problem-solving and delivering outcomes. Your communication skills and ability to inspire others will be key to your success and if you bring knowledge of healthcare nursing or aged care even better.
