Job Description
- Translate product requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity visual designs iterating digital interfaces based on user feedback to create seamless and engaging digital experiences
- Facilitate the creation of design artefacts for member journeys including user flows prototypes interfaces and visual designs
- Design drive and facilitate creative/ideation workshops with senior stakeholders leveraging design thinking and lean design methodologies
- Create intuitive user-friendly design interfaces for web and mobile applications grounded in human-centred design
- Collaborate closely with product owners engineers and stakeholders to align design decisions with business and customer goals
- Conduct and synthesise user testing and usability sessions gathering insights to inform design decisions
- Utilise and contribute to the digital design system ensuring consistency and innovation in componentry
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in UX/UI design
- At least 2 years experience delivering UX/UI designs within a fast-paced agile environment with specific experience in mobile app design
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma prototyping tools and user testing platforms
- Strong customer orientation and understanding of customer lifecycle needs and how customer insight drives experience
- Passion for co-designing meaningful digital experiences and championing the customer in design delivery
- Broad experience across user flows UX/UI agile development and lean design
- Demonstrated experience in delivering commercially successful customer solutions
- Openness to or experience with using AI in the design process (desired)
- Key skills: strategic thinking prototyping innovation problem solving design systems user empathy collaboration customer research and attention to detail
