A day in your life as a BWS Area Manager
- Delivering the BWS strategy by leading coaching and motivating a team of Store Managers spanning multi sites to deliver our vision of creating a more sociable future together.
- Driving a Connected Community culture and way of working.
- Contributing to & implementing BWS operational plans within the State and Area to guide & ensure delivery of the overall business strategy.
- Communicating clear direction strategy goals and expectations developing an inclusive positive team culture.
- Working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to enhance customer experiences along with looking for ways to do things simpler for your teams.
- Role modelling working horizontally as an Area Manager sharing learnings solving business problems and best practice to improve team and customer experiences.
- Identifying and developing talent to build a pipeline for the future.
Qualifications :
About you

- Strong leadership experience in managing multiple sites (ideally 15) and large teams (ideally 100) within a retail environment.
- Passion and transformational leadership abilities.
- Big picture thinking and innovation.
- A customer and team focused approach.
- An ability to guide develop and inspire your team through change.
- Flexibility to travel as required in the role.
