Job Description

- Provides confidential administrative support to the President Vice President and senior leadership team of Colorado Mountain Medical
- Creates agendas and record notes and action items for Leadership and team meetings.
- Tracks project budgets by processing POs invoices and providing monthly updates to the leadership team to ensure expenses are in alignment.
- Maintains daily monthly and annual calendars for maximum productivity and organization.
- Creates high level presentations and communication materials using a variety of programs and mediums.
- Partners with the PMO to use project management principals to drive and organize Colorado Mountain Medical projects.
- Coordinates with appropriate internal and external partners to maintain timelines and budget.
- Coordinates with other executive assistants on organization wide projects and initiatives.
- Creates correspondence action items reports memorandums special projects and related
- Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
- Must be HIPAA compliant

Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.
Hourly Pay:
$31.82 - $43.90 USD
