Growth Marketing Manager I, Credit Karma Money

Were looking for a Growth Marketing Manager I to help grow Credit Karma Moneys primary banking product. Youll lead cross-channel lifecycle campaigns focused on acquiring new banking users activating direct deposit and driving long-term engagement.

What Youll Do:

• Own strategy execution and performance reporting for lifecycle campaigns across email and push notifications
• Build onboarding activation and retention journeys that guide users toward direct deposit setup and sustained engagement
• Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests including hypothesis development sample sizing and success evaluation
• Work closely with Copy Design Brand Content Development Legal and external agencies to transform your ideas into compelling and personalized messages
• Implement tracking and measurement systems to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

What we are looking for:

• 4 years professional experience in performance or growth marketing
• High data acumen; data-driven decision-maker; detail oriented
• Demonstrated ownership designing and implementing complex A/B and multivariate tests at large scale
• Hands-on high capacity doer with ability to work in an unstructured environment and anticipate tradeoffs and interdependencies
• Highly organized with an ability and willingness to learn quickly
• Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to clearly and succinctly articulate results and recommendations
• High energy and positive attitude with a can do solution-oriented mindset
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills

What we would like to see:

• Lifecycle marketing experience in fintech or consumer banking
• SQL BigQuery or HTML familiarity
• Experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests
• Technical or quantitative degree (e.g. Econ Stats Math)

Pay Transparency Notice**:
