Job Description
On behalf of Atlas Invest (Backed by BlackRock) SD Solutions is looking for a talented Data Visualization Specialist to own the creation of interactive dashboards and visual reporting tools. Youll be working with Apache Superset supported by data engineers and product managers but your visual work will touch every department in the company. This role requires a balance of design thinking SQL/data skills and collaboration across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Apache Superset
- Translate complex real estate and financial data into actionable user-friendly visualizations
- Work with data engineers to define and validate the right data sources
- Collaborate across teams (product operations finance etc.) to gather visualization needs
- Support internal teams with ad hoc reporting and custom charting
- Build reusable templates and implement version control/documentation
- Improve visualizations based on internal feedback and evolving business logic
- Ensure visual consistency across all dashboards and interfaces
- (Eventually) support external user dashboards and interfaces as well
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience using Apache Superset
- Strong SQL proficiency; experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL Snowflake)
- Demonstrated ability to build clean intuitive dashboards
- Strong attention to detail and UX in visual design
- Experience working in cross-functional environments: able to communicate with product finance engineering and operations teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced iterative environment
- Experience with real estate or financial data is a strong plus
- Experience with other BI tools (Tableau Power BI Looker) is a bonus
- Portfolio or examples of dashboards (even screenshots or walkthroughs) are highly desirable
