Job Description
Local parking company is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our Operations and Maintenance team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safe clean and compliant operation of our parking facilities overnight. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic be comfortable working independently and possess basic maintenance and enforcement knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance:
Perform routine inspections and light maintenance (lighting signage trash removal sweeping etc.)
Report and address minor facility issues (leaks graffiti mechanical problems)
Ensure cleanliness and safety of parking areas stairwells and elevators
Operations:
Monitor and support automated parking equipment (ticket machines gates etc.)
Respond to system alerts or customer service calls
Maintain accurate overnight activity logs
Enforcement:
Conduct patrols of surface lots and garages for compliance with posted rules
Issue parking violations or tow notices as required
Coordinate with local law enforcement or contracted tow services when necessary
Job Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid Drivers License.
Applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment criminal background check drug test and a motor vehicle records check.
