How do you excel in this position

The Fleet Operations Specialist is responsible for the strategic oversight technology-enabled optimization and regulatory compliance of the companys rapidly growing multi-state fleet of over 700 vehicles. Reporting to the Director of Service this role ensures maximum operational readiness cost control safety and sustainability by managing fleet acquisition utilization maintenance and lifecycle planning.

What are we looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field required.
• Five (5) years of experience managing fleet operations for a multi-location organization preferred.
• Understanding of fleet management software and telematics systems preferred.
• Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) or similar certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance leasing and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
• Ability to multi-task work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Excellent leadership communication and problem- solving skills.
• Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment.
