Job Summary
Core Responsibilities
1. Manages development of complex data requirements to execute communications launches and projects. Develops and maintains content for internal and external websites.
2. Collaborates with internal partners to meet business needs. Identifies evaluates and resolves issues. Troubleshoots content and journey/automation related issues.
3. Identifies improvements in support of business needs and serves as subject matter expert on content management. Provides consultation to business partners to ensure optimal distribution strategy. Creates procedural documentation for journey and automation processes to ensures risk mitigation.
4. Maintains broad awareness of changing technology/applications trends client needs and legislative changes to proactively support creation and testing of marketing/communication materials. Makes recommendations to evolve email marketing business and optimize tools and technologies to support business volumes.
5. Documents procedures and determines impact of content delivery across different channels and business areas. Supports research risk management and service recovery should any issues arise.
6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
