Day shift Tuesday-Saturday 35 hours a week.

Your Role:

As a Concierge you will provide and foster aculture of placing our residents and guests first in the daily decisionsinvolving their care and life in the community. Partnering with residents andthe Interdisciplinary Team you will coordinate and deliver support to thenursing and admissions teams.
What Were Looking For:
The Concierge will be able to demonstratecomposure customer focus patience and the ability to gain trust andestablish rapport with residents and your team. You will have excellent verbaland written communication skills and two years of general clerical. Experience with admissions and discharges in a long term care facility is a plus.

What Success looks like:
- Establish and maintain positiverelationships with guests families visitors healthcare vendors and all teammembers.
- Collaborate with Admissions DirectorClinical Liaison and Nursing Staff on impending admissions; verify specific required services in anticipation of guests individual needs.
- Welcome all new guests and families ina pleasant professional manner and provide tours of the facility; introduce new guest to staff roommates and other guests.
- Inspect rooms to ensure environment is clean furniture isproperly placed and all items necessary for guests comfort and success arepresent; stock room with amenities.
- Support the Admissions Director byreviewing the census daily and as needed communicating current open beds andanticipated discharges to ensure efficient bed management.
- Coordinate admission paperwork from clinical liaison and admissions director for in-house approval.
