As a Sales Intern youll need to be highly motivated results-oriented and comfortable in drawing insights from data. For all of the work we put into creating the worlds leading consumer products it means nothing if we cant sell them to our customers. You can help us there!
During this internship your mission will be to improve turnover and selling fundamentals by suggesting strategic choices across budget assortment merchandising and promotion. You will be externally focused emphasizing efforts on national key customers and retailers. Youll get an understanding of the customers and shoppers needs. Your contributions to negotiations on prices assortment merchandising and promotions will be essential to our success. Youll have to collaborate with the whole customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a productive long term relationship with your customer
Acquire deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
Acquire an in-depth understanding of shoppers categories and the market
Adapt and optimize country commercial guidelines to your specific client
Collaborate closely with teams from other departments
Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams
Job Qualifications
You are a current university student that has just graduated or has less than 2 years to graduate (graduation year of)
Available to do full-time internship in Klang Valley for 3 months/12 weeks
You are preferably in a business-related field of study but this role is open to all fields
You are an excellent visionary with strategic and fearless leadership skills
You display strong partnership analytical skills problem solving and solutions oriented mindset especially during issues
Strategic and analytical thinking/problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to set specific goals and meet or exceed them
Ability to work effectively with others while demonstrating integrity and high personal standards.
You are a penultimate year student
You are English proficient (written and spoken)
Legally eligible to work in Malaysia
