Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions (TPS) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment process flow transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Instrument Control Engineering team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines compressors and expanders.

As a Product Service Engineer - Gas Turbines youll play a vital role for our customers. You will contributing to the Continuous Improvement of Gas Turbines portfolio whilst fostering Company policies and procedures to sustain world-class Quality standards.
As Service Engineer - Gas Turbines Product you will be responsible for
Providing technical assistance for the resolution of Customers Claims.
Contributing to execution of Root Cause Analyses cooperating with laboratories (metallurgical analysis oil analysis) design departments and data scientists.
Analysing fleet data and recurrent failure modes to early identify potential issues leading indicators and propose relevant technical improvements.
Cooperating with Remote Monitoring Centers to fully leverage data and analytics to support the fleet.
Working in close cooperation with Service Technology and Contractual Service teams to manage customers technical issues minimizing impact on customers production whilst preserving engines integrity.
Communicating effectively to both internal and external customers
Developing new products and services for our customers.

Have a deep knowledge of Gas Turbines design maintenance and operation principles.
Be self-starter and prone to get out of the comfort zone
Be fluent oral and written communication in English and Italian
