Your responsibilities
- Procurement Operations: Execute and manage procurement tasks including administrative handling of purchase orders ensuring compliance with internal procedures and timelines.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers monitoring order execution and promptly reporting any irregularities to SCM Management.
- Stakeholder Support: Work closely with internal requesters and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery and alignment with project needs.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to procurement policies compliance frameworks and quality standards supporting the achievement of KPIs related to time cost and sustainability.
- Process & Tools Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools (ERP document management etc.) to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications :
Your experiences
- Technical school diploma or high school degree.
- At least 3 years in a similar role (Buyer Procurement Specialist) preferably in EPC Waste-to-Energy Renewable Energy or Power sectors with a focus on mechanical and electrical components.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes including full order cycle and spare parts/component documentation handling.
- Proficient in ERP and eProcurement tools (e.g. MS Office Dynamics IFS SAP); familiarity with document management systems is a plus.
- Good command of English; other languages are a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders across all levels.
