Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with parking needs
- Monitor garage activity to ensure safety and security
- Assist guest with parking equipment issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Report any issues or incidents promptly
Requirements:
- Must be available to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Prior experience in parking or customer service preferred but not required

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly professional and able to handle guest concerns effectively.
- Communication Skills: Clear and courteous when interacting with guests and team members.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods walk bend kneel or climb if needed.
- Work Environment: Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain snow heat cold etc.).
- Team Player: Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional Appearance: Must be neatly groomed and presentable.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a stable work history are essential.
