仕事内容
10代30代の日本国内女性の中での認知度が過去数年で8割に到達した急成長中の総合オンラインショッピングモールQoo10の日本オフィスで従事していただきます
具体的にはMarketing本部内Content Marketing Teamに所属しLiveCommerceのコンテンツを企画制作をメインにQoo10のコンテンツを拡大する施策をご担当いただきます
Qoo10のユーザーターゲットに合う商品をBrand様と企画しライブ構成やキャスティング演出などをディレクションします
将来的にはLiveCommerceをQoo10のメインサービスとして成長させBrandからもユーザーからも自由にライブ送出ができるECプラットフォームとして構築することを目指します
また営業部法務部ファイナンス部開発部デザインチーム等社内の複数の関連部署を含めキャスティングや制作など外部事務所との連携も同時多数発生する業務となります
本ポジションの役割/職務内容
LiveCommerce構成企画
LiveCommerce番組の編成プロモーション
Design team&CategoryManagement team等複数の組織と調整コミュニケーション
Live撮影の現場ディレクション
必須要件/スキル
社会人経験５年以上
以下３点のいずれか１点の経験を有すること
①Z世代女性をターゲットとしたコスメまたはZ世代女性向けファッションのライブコマース経験1年以上
①Z世代女性をターゲットとしたコスメまたはZ世代女性向けファッションのオンラインキャンペーン経験1年以上
③EC業界でのマーケティング業務経験2年以上
あると望ましい要件/スキル
SNSチャンネル運用又はインフルエンサーマーケティングの経験のある方1年以上あると望ましい
映像メディア企画や制作制作プログラムの使用経験のある方1年以上あると望ましい
1020代トレンドについて理解度が高い方書類審査の段階で審査させていただきます応募書類にてアピールしていただけると助かります
