Are you ready to step into something new
Were seeking a Talent Business Partner to join our Human Resources Team. You dont need a traditional HR or recruitment background you might be a store manager hospitality leader marketing professional office manager or come from another industry altogether.
What matters most is that you bring transferable skills: a passion and demonstrated capability to understand how a business works confident communication the ability to juggle competing priorities and the credibility to be a trusted partner.
We will provide a full on-boarding and training program to set you up for success.
The opportunity
As a Talent Business Partner you will thrive in a fast-paced environment partnering with leaders and HR Business Partners to share the Scentre Group story and attract high-quality candidates.
Day to day you will:
- Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver recruitment strategies and provide advice and support.
- Design and executing sourcing campaigns including market mapping targeted searches talent communities and employer brand initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Create meaningful connections with candidates ensuring their experience is positive and respectful whatever the outcome.
- Drive continuous improvement operational excellence and best practice.
