Job Summary

Rhonemus Group has been retained by one of Ohios most successful community banks for a new Treasury Manager (Treasurer) role.

The Treasury Manager position in Wooster OH is a mission-critical role to help the Bank achieve increased shareholder value. This role involves coordinating financial planning budgeting and investment activities providing economic analysis overseeing the preparation of activity reports and budgets and advising business units on accounting and budgeting policies.

This role also includes collaborating with auditors managing daily finance operations and implementing internal control policies.

The requirements for this position include a Bachelors degree in accounting or finance five or more years of related experience and a preference for a CPA designation or CFA. Strong communication math and accounting skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized accounting software are essential for this role.
