OU Information Technology is seeking a Lead Applications Developer to architect innovative solutions ensure platform stability and drive the evolution of our enterprise applications. This role is central to our digital transformation efforts with a strong focus on our Salesforce-based CRM platform a cornerstone of our strategy to enhance stakeholder engagement and operational efficiency. As our organization scales we need a visionary developer who can fully leverage our technology investments lead development initiatives and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Duties:
Designs prototypes according to customer specifications.
Develops software solutions to meet customer needs.
Creates and implements the source code of new applications.
Tests source code and debugs code.
Evaluates existing applications and performs updates and modifications.
Develops technical handbooks to represent the design and code of new applications.
May supervise others.
Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.

Required education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field AND:
Equivalency Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelors Degree for a total of 120 months related experience.
