Are you motivated outgoing and ready to turn your passion for cars into a rewarding career Nielsen Jeep is looking for a driven and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultantto join our sales team. Whether youre experienced in car sales or looking to break into the industry we offer the training tools and support you need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Guide customers through the vehicle selection and buying process
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospects
Achieve monthly sales goals and dealership performance standards
Prepare and process paperwork accurately and efficiently
Stay up to date on inventory promotions and industry trends
Work closely with the finance and service departments
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus
Previous sales experience preferred (automotive a bonus but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-driven environment
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
