Key Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance Technician II is responsible for helping Regal Rexnord customers resolve post-shipment issues regarding missing/damaged shipments and warranty claims on product issues. The Quality Assurance Technician II works alongside customers and internal Regal Rexnord teams to investigate claims and facilitate solutions. This role enables you to be an advocate for continuous improvement by working closely with our quality processes and working to implement changes to better the customer experience.
Work with sales team plants and warehouses and customers directly to provide an elevated level of customer service and quickly resolve customer inquiries.
Order entry of product return authorization no charge replacements and credit orders primarily supporting warranty and quality processes.
Coordinate with customer the return of samples or lot rejections to enable continuous improvement.
Assist Accounts Receivable to research and close warranty related check deductions.
With a keen eye for detail ensure that return/credit orders are entered such that credit/deduction matches
Participate in team process improvements such as system conversation testing kaizen events and feedback.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent Bachelors degree preferred.
3-5 years of related technical experience
Experienced Microsoft Office; Excel Word O365.
Customer service experience related to industrial manufacturing.
Experience with Oracle or another ERP software.
Language: English .
