Purpose of the role

Own and accelerate hyperlocal multichannel marketing that drives highintent traffic to our website and converts interest into qualified leads for our Telesales and Field Sales teams. Youll run a full 360 mix from paid digital and email automation to direct mail leaflets doordrops local events and community activity and youll get handson with content and creative (partnering closely with our Graphic Designer). This is a fastpaced sleevesrolledup role with accountability for measurable growth.


What youll do

Plan & deliver hyperlocal campaigns

  • Build integrated campaign plans tailored to specific postcodes/communities aligning with sales rollouts and local network availability.
  • Activate across paid digital (search social display) email SMS website SEO/landing pages and offline channels (direct mail leaflets OOH local press community activity).
  • Brief collaborate with and qualitycontrol creative with our Graphic Designer; write/iterate copy and CTAs.

Run alwayson lifecycle marketing (Marketing Cloud)

  • Own Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys including audience segmentation triggers testing and optimisation.
  • Operate Email Studio/Journey Builder/Advertising Studio (or equivalent) to keep alwayson programs performing and compliant.

Turn offline into online results

  • Use unique URLs QR codes tracked phone numbers and UTM tagging to make every leaflet/DM/OOH placement attributable.
  • Continually improve conversion rate (CRO) on landing pages in partnership with the web team.

Partner management & enablement

  • Coordinate agencies and printers; manage specs bids proofs and delivery for print and doordrop campaigns.
  • Build local playbooks (offer strategy message maps channels budgets timelines) that sales teams can reuse

Analytics insight & optimisation

  • Own weekly dashboards (traffic CTR/CPC conversion CPA/CPL MQL and SQL rates local penetration).
  • Run testandlearn programs (creative channel mix frequency audience offer).
  • Monitor competitor activity and customer insights to refine proposition and pricing communications.

Governance

  • Ensure data quality and permissions in CRM; uphold GDPR and advertising standards.
  • Manage budgets forecasts and postcampaign reports.


What success looks like (KPIs)

  • Website performance: growth in qualified sessions landingpage conversion rate and form submissions.
  • Improved conversion; increased local market penetration in target areas.
  • Lifecycle performance: uplift in email engagement journey completion rates and reengagement.
  • Offline effectiveness: response/scan rates from DM/leaflets attributable traffic and call tracking outcomes.
  • Sales impact: pipeline contribution and sales driven from hyperlocal campaigns.


Skills & experience

Musthaves

  • Proven experience running multiple parallel hyperlocal campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Handson operator comfortable writing briefs and copy reviewing creative and managing print production.
  • Strong fullfunnel understanding.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar enterprise automation) for alwayson lifecycle programs.
  • Competent across Google Ads/Meta GA4/Looker Studio CMS/landingpage tools and UTM/QR tracking.
  • Excellent stakeholder skills; able to align with Field Sales/Telesales and external partners in a fastmoving environment.

Nice to have

  • Background in telecoms/utility or other subscription services.
  • Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills (for quick edits/annotations).
  • Experience with local OOH doordrops and community/event marketing.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
