The role

Join our team as a Senior Workplace Services Partner where you will play a pivotal role in supervising a dedicated team and actively contributing to the delivery of frontline support services to staff visitors and fellow team members. You will oversee and engage in a wide variety of tasks relating to workplace operations including engaging and managing stakeholders with a focus on customer experience. What you will bring to the role

  • Proven experience managing a team of up to seven members across multiple workplace locations ensuring consistent service delivery.
  • Strong ability to maintain and evolve a team knowledge base to support high-quality informed customer service.
  • Skilled in building and sustaining stakeholder relationships with confidence in managing escalations professionally.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing visitor systems master data access control and managed print services.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of diverse service requests relating to deliverables such as onboarding/offboarding locker and meeting room management and tenancy maintenance.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly between Parramatta Wollongong and Penrith to support a dispersed portfolio.
  • Committed to a site-based presence with availability for four days of in-office attendance each week.
  • Proactive problem-solver with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot effectively and provide support.
  • Customer service-focused approach you excel in executive support and are adept at negotiating and resolving issues.
