Job Duties
The library is looking for a friendly service oriented and enthusiastic assistant circulation manager. The library is fast a changing technology rich environment. Being willing to learn and being self-motivated are critical for this position. The position reports to the circulation manager. This is a part-time hourly position (750 hours/year); work hours are Monday Wednesday and Friday 4-7PM.
Responsibilities
Will use FOLIO for checking materials in and out of circulation
Will interact with patrons using the library
Will reshelve books
Will do shelf reading as assigned
Will provide support to the Circulation manager as needed on special projects
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High school degree
Competency with MS Office and a willingness to learn new programs
Excellent customer service orientation
Self-motivated
Additional Considerations
Experience in the library environment field
