As Category Manager Logistics you will manage transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers. Expertise within a field comprising of different approaches methodologies techniques and processes.

As a Category Manager Logistics you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and leading end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods.
  • Managing Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Op Plans.
  • Providing advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches projects and programs in the functional area or affecting business organization and ways of working.
  • Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems
  • Leading the design and implementation of projects. Work goals typically span 1-2 years to complete and the impact is felt over the 12 month 2 years time horizon
  • Supporting Warehouse transformation and integration within global Logistic Operation
  • Develope Warehouse strategy and execute transformation project

Fuel your passion

To be successful as a Category Manager Logistics you will:

  • Have a bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have5 years of experience in Logistics
  • Have specialized experience in the area/s of Air Freight Warehousing and Materials Management.
  • Have change management experience especially leading such an effort along with implementations experience for either new software or processes.
