CrewSELECT require a Material Handler for an ongoing positionfor our client basedin Canning Vale.
The client is a leading supplier of quality windows doors shower screens mirrors wardrobes and splash backs to new homes across the Perth Metro region.
YOU MUST HAVE FULL UNRESTRICTED WORKING RIGHTS.
Job Overview:
- Ability to manually handle and move glass safely throughout the factory.
- Ability to manually handle and store large quantities of aluminium extrusions.
- Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly.
- Team player; ability to work well within a team environment.
- Genuine work ethic with a can-do attitude.
- Good written and excellent oral communication.
- Ability to adhere to WHS policies and procedures.
Whats in it for you:
- Ongoing role with the possibility of permanency for the right candidate.
- $35.00 per hour plus penalties. (Casual Rate)
- $28-$30per hour plus penalties. (Full-timeRate)
- 40 to 50 hours per week.
- Standard hours:
- Monday - Thursday 6.30am - 3.00pm.
- Friday 6.30am - 12.30pm.
- Regular overtime offered.
About you:
- Proven experience in a Warehouse or Factory role lifting and moving heavy and fragile materials throughout a factory environment.
- Any experience in doors or windows is highly advantageous.
Tickets and licenses required:
- Reliable transport to and from the workplace.
- Current C Class Drivers Licence.
- Forklift License preferred.
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
- Police Clearance within 12 months
