TheNetwork Planning & Analytics Manager serves as a critical link between Sales requirements and operational capabilities. This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal balance between service level agreements (SLAs) and cost efficiency through data-driven insights capacity planning and strategic project execution. The position plays a key role in forecasting performance management and driving operational improvements to support business growth and peak season demands.
Key Responsibilities
Lead forecasting and capacity planning activities to ensure alignment with business demand and operational capabilities
Bridge the gap between commercial requirements and operational execution ensuring informed SLA vs. cost trade-offs
Identify capacity constraints and bottlenecks; collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost capacity and service levels
Build and maintain analytical models (financial and operational) to support decision-making
Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven problem solving
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Economics Data Analytics or a related field
Proven experience in data analytics capacity planning or operations strategy
Background in project management and cross-functional collaboration
Experience in logistics supply chain or operations environments is an advantage
Strong understanding of local operations and geographical considerations
