Job Description

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

  • What youll do-
  • Develop brand positioning strategy customer segmentation framework and roll out product campaigns Drive customer profiling exercise partnering with sales team and create acquisition/ retention strategies.
  • Develop sustain and leverage relationships with key opinion leaders Define and communicate unique selling points and competitive advantages and Work closely with sales teams for product demonstration on flow models and champion clinical selling.
  • Design creative marketing and promotional campaigns creation of product brochures and other communication material as per brand guidelines Design and implement a pricing strategy for designated products to meet ASP targets & portfolio profitability.
  • Conduct margin analysis on a periodic basis to study trends to access pricing levels Active partner for success of field staff and create platforms to share success stories and best practices amongst team members.
  • Planning marketing programs & customer engagement activities and working closely with support teams & vendors for successful execution Work in collaboration with Med Ed manager to deliver training events both onsite and at customer conferences.
  • Control marketing budget for the respective product/ portfolio by managing the needs assessment plan vs actual and maximize the utilization of the budget Partner with SCM for rolling forecast and inventory level for products.
  • Develop and implement feedback channels to ensure franchises are following marketing plans Periodically compare product performance and market mapping to identify untapped potential Work with sales managers on sales validation and analysis

What you need:

  • A total experience of 6-8 years in marketing role of a large MedTech Organization
  • Exceptional track record in marketing strategy branding initiatives and product launches
  • This role requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Team-player with exemplary interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • High energy level discipline humility and sense of responsibility

Travel Percentage: 50%
