We are seeking astrategic and hands-on IT ERP Managerto lead and optimize our globalSAP landscape. This role will be responsible for driving theSAP Sales & Distribution (SD)andMaterials Management (MM)modules with working knowledge ofCustomer Service (CS) ensuring SAP remains acore enabler of digital transformation across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate is aproven SAP leaderwith deep functional and technical expertise inSAP ECC and S/4HANA combined with a strong track record inERP strategy data-driven transformation and Agile delivery. This is a highly visible leadership position that bridgestechnology and business influencing decision-making at the enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities
Own the ERP strategy and roadmap lead the design deployment and optimization of SAP solutions across SD MM and CS modules.
Drive SAP ECC / S/4HANA implementations and integrations ensuring seamless end-to-end processes across Sales Supply Chain Service and Finance.
Act as technical lead and solution architect delivering scalable secure and impactful SAP systems.
Enable digital transformation by using SAP analytics and automation to streamline operations and boost business performance.
Champion Agile delivery models ensuring continuous incremental business value from SAP enhancements and projects.
Lead internal SAP teams and manage external partners ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and aligned with business objectives.
Manage governance encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Safeguard system integrity and compliance implementing standard processes in performance security and scalability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related field.
12 years of SAP consulting experiencewith strong functional expertise inSAP SD and MM.
Solid grasp ofSAP CSandsystem integrations.
Proven success inSAP ECC / S/4HANA implementations upgrades and migrations.
Experience leadingenterprise-scale digital transformation programswith SAP as the backbone.
Good ability totranslate business requirements into SAP solutionsand communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
Leadership experience leadingmulti-functional teams and global vendor partners.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP certifications in relevant modules.
Experience inregulated industries(pharmaceuticals life sciences manufacturing).
Knowledge ofSAP Fiori SAP Analytics Cloud and integration tools(PI/PO BTP etc.).
