Job Summary
GeneralManager- Up to 70k plus bonus
Were looking for a General Manager for the iconic Ship in Wandsworth. One of our flagship pubs the Ship is famous for its legendary Bank Holiday weekends its riverside beer garden and as the go-to party pub in South West London. The pub comes with an outdoor burger shack alongside its indoor kitchen and plenty of inside rooms that can be used for private dining or events. Were looking for a General Manager who is a proven operator with a background in volume pubs (and this pub does mega-volume!) is people-focused and who has creativity and entrepreneurial spirit in droves for this legendary watering hole on the banks of the Thames. A fantastic opportunity for an operator that is top of their game.
Running a Pub for Youngs:
We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual andso we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stampon our businesses. Were all about freedom within a framework - you decide whatgoes on the food menu - and that doesnt mean picking from a bank of recipes!You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with yourbusiness vision! You decide what events and sales driving to do what theteam uniform is and look after all your own recruitment and you are a people-focused Pub General Manager with fresh food experiencethen we want to hear from you.
