Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client ensuring an exceptional customer experience and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure services are delivered in alignment with contractual SLAs by monitoring reporting and analysing KPIs related to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of your clients service-related financials including budgeting forecasting and cost monitoring.
- Efficiently manage change request implementation processes by coordinating testing deployments and system enhancements within the payroll platform
- Ensure adherence to Zalaris internal controls policies and compliance standards.
- Proactively lead automation initiatives (e.g. RPA) transition activities between nearshore/offshore teams and identify further cost optimization opportunities.
- Foster strong collaboration with other Zalaris functions and locations to support integrated service delivery.
Education and experience
- Bachelors or masters degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field
- Knowledge in payroll services. Prior experience in a BPO environment is an advantage.
- Practical experience with Payroll and HR systems ideally in SAP HCM or similar modern platforms.
- Highly proficient in both Danish and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Solid business insight with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the abiliy to prioritize tasks plan effectively and drive results.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
