The role
In this role youll lead a team to deliver financial advisory and analytics services for the Botanic Gardens of Sydney guiding executive and senior management with expert insights in budgeting forecasting and financial planning. By ensuring transparent data-driven support youll aid in setting and monitoring budgets developing business cases and advising on savings initiativesall aligned with organizational goals and government objectives.
With a focus on timely impactful reporting and a strategic approach to complex issues youll work collaboratively across directorates to strengthen financial performance and enhance decision-making. Youll be instrumental in fostering a proactive solutions-driven financial culture in a dynamic environment.
This hybrid role offers flexibility while ensuring strong on-site collaboration. Youll work at least three days per week in an approved Botanic Gardens office our offices are located within the beautiful gardens at the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan and Blue Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah.
