Responsibilities:
Office Administration
You will be instrumental in managing the Saskatoon office through organization and supply orders event planning/coordination and travel support. You will manage shipping and receiving needs coordination with the Innovation Place landlord support safety inventory and other general support to our Saskatoon employees.
IT Liaison
You will leverage your IT expertise to support Okanes external IT provider ensuring efficient organization of IT inventory overseeing procurement and conducting thorough reviews of warranties and billing. Your expertise will allow you to manage the corporate cell phone plan procurement and upgrades In Canada.
