Whats the role
As an Associate or Senior Associate in Product Enablement youll be at the heart of Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) helping shape and support the products that drive business across Australia. Youll work across our Loans Guarantees Asset Finance and Trade Finance product suites designing refining and managing them end-to-end.
This is a full-time role based in Sydney youll be in the office three days per week collaborating with teams across the bank to ensure our products are customer-focused commercially sound and risk-aware. Its a hands-on role where your insights will help simplify processes improve performance and strengthen our product governance.
What do I need
Were looking for someone whos analytical collaborative and ready to make an impact. Youll bring:
- Experience in product management within financial services ideally with exposure to Loans Guarantees Trade Finance or Asset Finance.
- Strong data and analytical skills including advanced Excel capability and a knack for simplifying complex problems.
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.
- A solid understanding of business drivers and how they shape product decisions.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and driving value through smarter simpler processes.
