What youll be doing:
Deliver excellent customer service by handling calls requests and conflict with professionalism.
Guide new members through onboarding ensuring they feel supported and informed about benefits.
Build and maintain relationships through proactive communication check-ins and follow-ups.
Support member retention by addressing questions resolving concerns and finding solutions.
Assist with membership account maintenance billing communication and program support.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the member experience and identify growth opportunities.
Accurately document interactions and updates in company systems for alignment.
Support field activities technician scheduling and cross-department coordination.
Perform other related duties using strong oral and written communication across multiple platforms.
Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED with 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
Strong communication skills; comfortable handling high call volumes with a customer-first approach.
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to prioritize multitask and meet deadlines.
Adaptable flexible and collaborative team player with excellent attendance.
