- Guide new members through onboarding ensuring they feel supported and informed about benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships through proactive communication check-ins and follow-ups.
- Support member retention by addressing questions resolving concerns and finding solutions.
- Assist with membership account maintenance billing communication and program support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the member experience and identify growth opportunities.
- Accurately document interactions and updates in company systems for alignment.
- Support field activities technician scheduling and cross-department coordination.
- Perform other related duties using strong oral and written communication across multiple platforms.
Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED with 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
- Strong communication skills; comfortable handling high call volumes with a customer-first approach.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to prioritize multitask and meet deadlines.
- Adaptable flexible and collaborative team player with excellent attendance.
