Job Summary
工作职责
1. 带领并引导团队主动为客户提供专业产品与顾问式销售服务确保维保合同转签续签赢回价优行动目标达成
2. 关注无产出工地与OB健康度提升人均台量和人均销售额确保SER OR业务目标实现
3. 推动销售与工地团队紧密合作落实价值销售提高服务价格与利润
4. 管理监督分公司/地区办事处维保团队收款工作确保公司应收账款及时回收
5. 对维保服务质量与安全负责推动团队以高质量服务水平和客户为中心的服务态度持续提升客户满意度
6. 带领团队通过管理优化与数字化工具加强分公司库存管理依据服务台量建立合理备件库存以提升供应效率规范备件借用旧件返还监督分公司及站点备件仓储管理符合标准化要求
7. 负责维保团队人才管理保障技能人才与管理人才储备充足提升人员绩效与团队效能确保地区维保团队竞争力
岗位要求
1.本科学历 机械机电相关专业
2. 拥有电梯维修管理工作经验7年以上具备客户关系管理工作经验
3. 拥有扎实且现代化的电梯维保建筑行业合同和管理方面的知识
