Position: Licensed Home Health Aide
Location: Lake County Indiana
Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $18.00
Shifts: Flexible options including mornings afternoons evenings nights and overnight shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living ranging from companion care to assisting bedridden clientsbathing grooming oral care dressing toileting.
- Support with daily tasks like feeding meal prep linen changes light housekeeping transportation outdoor activities and shopping.
- Aid clients with mobility as per the plan of care and document any observed changes for the healthcare team.

Qualifications:
- Active Indiana Home Health Aide certification.
- At least 1 year of professional caregiver experience.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to obtain TB skin test or chest X-ray.
- Valid drivers license auto insurance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
