Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with a wide range of daily living activities from companion care to intensive bed-bound care needs.
- Support includes bathing grooming dressing feeding meal preparation and more.
- Perform light housekeeping provide transportation and assist with outdoor activities and shopping.
- Engage clients with both active and passive mobility exercises per the care plan.
- Document and report changes to the Director of Nursing.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year verified caregiver experience.
- CPR Certification is mandatory.
- Ability to obtain a TB skin test or chest x-ray.
- Availability of a physical with no restrictions.
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
