What Youll Do

• Check Distribution - Mail checks after closings ensuring all payments are processed efficiently.
• Bulk Mailing Management - Oversee the firms bulk mailing process ensuring timely and accurate distribution of documents.
• Loan Package Handling - Mail completed loan packages to lenders ensuring compliance with all necessary deadlines and requirements.
• Administrative Support - Assist with general office tasks as needed to support the team and maintain smooth daily operations.

What Youll Need

• High school diploma currently pursuing a degree in the legal field.
• Administrative experience is preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Humble and teachable.
• Strong task management skills with an ability to adapt in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Customer-centric - the customer always comes first!
• Solution-oriented - excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
