Job Description
Overview
Responsibilities
Advises leaders in budget management cost monitoring and variance accountability.
Maintains regular system of expense and utilization review to ensure the effective use of resources.
Oversees the procedural billing process to ensure that charge codes data and charge entry and revenue capture are up to date and compliant.
Supports resolution of patient or organizational billing concerns.
Supports software validation and updates needed to support clinical and business operations to include process improvement optimization incorporation of AI features.
Serves as primary data manager for service area providing ongoing as well as ad hoc reports and data to leadership.
Works closely with division management and IT to ensure data is accurate and available in a timely manner.
Manages analyzes and assesses data from a variety of reports related to metrics including but not limited to BI dashboards Core Measures Patient/ Physician/Staff Satisfaction and any other Performance or Quality measure Charge Capture activity and utilization.
Prepares various statistical reports audit of regulatory compliance and other systems.
Manages IT equipment & software systems project management implementation and ongoing operations.
Supports contracting of equipment supplies and resources to ensure timely execution of systems and services.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field
