RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provided opportunities to work in key areas such as:
- Acquisition and divestiture projects
- Long-range planning and strategy development
- Corporate venturing and external innovation
- Enterprise project services
- Enterprise business process transformation

This position provides learning opportunities and interaction across the entire company including exposure and presentation opportunities to senior leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must graduate in August 2026 December 2026 or May 2027 with a major in Accounting Finance Marketing or a related field.
Strong critical thinking analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently to drive results.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Effective in communications with senior management.
A pattern of strong goal setting and accountability.
Highly developed interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Ability to make recommendations with limited information.

Must be comfortable with the preparation and consumption of meat products; more specifically pork beef turkey chicken and nuts.
This position will require access to and/or the utilization of a personal motor vehicle to get to and from the workplace.

Location and Hours:

Position is based out of our Corporate Office headquarters in Austin Minnesota
Position is approximately 40 hours per week beginning late May and ending mid-August

Compensation: The starting rate for this role is $23.00 per hour.
