You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCornwall Councils Disabled Children and Therapy Team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Band 7 Occupational Therapist Team Lead to join our supportive and passionate service. This is an exciting opportunity to shape practice and deliver high-quality occupational therapy that makes a real difference to the lives of disabled children young people and their families.
The Service & Team:
The Disabled Children and Therapy Team is a community based service made up of OTs Social Workers Disabled Childrens Family Workers Portage workers and Supporting Change in Partnership (SCIP) workers. They all assess children at home in school and in their short break settings. The OTs will make recommendations for equipment and adaptations in these settings that allow them to achieve their full potential in independence and daily living skills.
The Role
As the Team Lead you will be expected to:
This is a public/customer-facing role where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies.

Working Pattern:
This is a part time post working 26.25 hours per week. There is some flexibility on these hours but to ensure there is team lead cover throughout the week we are preferably looking for someone to work the end of the week.
