Harbour Industries is hiring a Manufacturing Laborer to join our production team! This is a full time ONSITE role located in Shelburne VT. This role reports to our production supervisor and operates on a 1st shift schedule M-F 7am- 3:30pm.
Job Duties:
- Scrap daily pickups month end gaylord changes cone scrap & bleed off
- Trash/recycle read just recycle dumpster
- Sweep floors
- Stripping wire by hand/with stripper
- Repairing spools 19 24
- Wrap TFE drums & weigh supply Krystle with list
- Supply list of scrap bleed as needed
- Put away accounting records as needed
- Fill cardboard wrap area as needed/put away cardboard wrap as it arrives give list as needed to order
- Misc. panting year round walls yellow poles etc.
- Assist maintenance as needed filters on roof moving equipment putting together items
- Assist shipping wrapping pallets
- Work braid as needed
- Clean kegs for barrel pack as needed
- Add cleaning jobs
- Pick up parts and supplies with truck as needed (Rice hardware pallets Bond Auto bring oil to Rathes)
- Keep the back dock cleaned off and organized
- Spring cleanup outside around the dumpster and tree line
- Bi-monthly weed whacking all stormwater areas & dry pond
- Occasionally strip ends for QC
- Assist in shoveling walkways when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Target Compensation: $20 per hour plus a shift differential (for 2nd or 3rd shift only)

Pay Range:
