Who Youll Work With

As a Business Analyst you will be working with Business Project Manager Compensation Retirement Services.

About The Role

As a Business Analyst II in the Compensation Department for Corebridge Financial you will be responsible for working alongside other talented highly motivated individuals committed to supporting our captive sales force field management wholesalers and other key producers. We believe that our success depends on building a world class team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of pay rates pools pool transactions including salary arrangements/enrollment validation and input commission sharing arrangements group audits/pricing reporting and balancing activities for approximately 2000 groups.
  • Provide analytical and technical support to the organization on complex projects/issues and facilitate the development and implementation of business and/or systems solutions in the most effective and efficient manner.
  • Provide upon request the compensation components and annual commissions paid for specific groups.
  • Process and report RSVP/GPS/GPA commissions on a bi-weekly/quarterly basis including validating analyzing and distributing compensation reports.
  • Perform the commission calculation communication and payment distribution for VEBA (Voluntary Employees Beneficiary Association).
  • Process and review pay rates pools and pool transaction including salary and enrollments in payroll system and communicate the updates to field personal including RVP and DVP.
  • Advisor Setups (BRACS (including pay schedules) TSO Tables)
  • Advisor Updates (Salary Changes TSO V-System) - Transfers company transfers (880 to M42 etc.)
  • Salary Changes/Inactive License changes in TSO; and Licensing changes in TSO and V-System
  • VALIC Agent Benefits Email Group respond to inquiries and coordinate any necessary activities
  • RPC2/RPC3 Quarterly Bonuses/Reporting
  • Agent and Manager Retirement Deferred Comp As Needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
  • 2-3 years work experience with data entry
  • Experience with MS Office Including strong skills in Word Excel and Access
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
  • Able to work well independently and with teams
  • Strong research analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests at one time
  • Must be able to work Monday thru Friday during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Flexible)
  • Be able to work overtime when required with prior notice

This position is based in Corebridge Financials Houston TX office.
